Acai Berry – A Miracle Fruit?
Fruits and vegetables – we all know too well how beneficial eating these wonderful foods from nature when it comes to healthy living and longevity.
BUT with all the great stuff I’ve read about fruits like pineapple, grapes, apples, etc. I’m yet to see one that delivers A LOT of health benefits like no other does.

“Acai...what?!” you might exclaim.
That’s Acai Berry, and as you’ll learn in a couple of moments, this fruit is like no other when it comes to bringing health benefits and advantages.
Where Does This ‘Acai Berry’ Came From?
Coming from towering Acai palm trees that need a lot of water and moist to grow and develop, Acai Berry is a native of countries like Peru, Brazil, and other South and Central American countries.
Growing up to 30 feet tall, Acai Palms and Acai Berry reigns supreme and stands proudly in swamps and floodplains in the said countries.
Just like coconut trees, almost all of the Acai Palms’ parts can be used.
The leaves often found its way into handcrafted hats, mats, clothe, etc. The stems are often used as salad by the natives of the countries.
And last BUT not the least, the fruit, which is the Acai Berry, has been a favorite by many – whether in juice or raw form. Matter of fact, many companies have integrated Acai Berry and pulp in their commercial fruit juices, smoothies, and more.
And later on, you’ll realize why Acai Berry has been so popular among these guys.

Acai berry and its juice can be served in its raw or even sweetened form.
